Depending on your computer's setup, restore points may not be enabled at all.
Say "yes" to "Do you want to create a system restore point". Select "Apply all recommended settings". Click on the "Actions" button near the top, second from left. 
Accept the UAC request for administrative rights. Log in as a user with administrative rights. by right clicking in an explorer windows and executing "Extract all", checking the box "Show Files after Extracting". Don't skip this step, because a three month old version is not checking for new settings of the newest update of Windows 10. Download the current version from, saving the downloaded OOSU10.zip file e.g.
